All hair extension materials are 100% premium healthy human hair, we offer single donor double drawn hair. We currently are only offering straight textures for all our hair extension styles.
(Hair colors may vary slightly from product photos, due to lighting and different screen variations on images. Our color swatch images displays the closest color to the hairs natural tones as possible.)
** Returns/ Cancellations **
Order cancellations can be requested for a full refund within 1 hour of purchase. Buyers are responsible for submitting their cancellation request via email to customerservice@jalamoura.com within this timeframe. All order cancellations refunds will be made within 5-10 business days. Requests made after the 1-hour window will be denied, and we will proceed with processing your original order.
We understand that waiting for your Hair Extensions can be an anxious time, and we want to assure you that each piece is handmade specifically for you. Because of this, we kindly ask for your patience to allow us the necessary time to perfect your order. Every purchase in our store is classified as a Custom & Personalized Order, made just for you this is why we don't offer any kind "Returns or Exchanges" .
J Alamoura DOES NOT offer same-day shipping or rush orders & we truly appreciate your understanding . Each set is carefully crafted from loose hair strands, which allows us to cater to your unique needs. Please note that this policy does not apply to our Toppers/Wigs.
During busy times, such as high demand periods or the holiday season, processing times may extend to 5 - 10 business days before your order can be shipped (excluding weekends and holidays). We want to clarify that processing times differ from shipping times; processing is the time we need to create your beautiful extensions.
Your order will require a signature upon delivery, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. This requirement ensures the safety of your purchase. If an order is refused or returned due to an incorrect address or if delivery is declined, please understand that J ‘Alamoura will retain the original shipping and handling fee. Should you wish to have the package redelivered, there will be an additional fee.
For any orders that cannot be delivered, we will hold them for a total of ten days. During this time, we will make every effort to keep you informed, sending up to five emails to update you on your order's status and what steps you can take to facilitate redelivery. If we do not hear from you by the eleventh day, we will unfortunately have to cancel your order, and we won’t be able to offer a refund or redelivery option.
We are pleased to offer FREE U.S. and International Shipping as a way to serve you better. However, please be aware that any customs or import taxes incurred will be your responsibility. While we strive to provide free shipping, we cannot predict any additional charges that may occur upon delivery.
