Order Processing & Modifications

Order processing begins immediately once an order is submitted.

After an order is placed, it cannot be modified. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Product changes

  • Color adjustments

  • Delivery options

  • Mailing address changes

  • Partial refunds or reimbursements

If you need to make changes, you must submit a cancellation request within the allowed cancellation window (outlined below) and place a new order with the correct information.

After the cancellation window has passed, all sales are final and cannot be modified or canceled.


Order Cancellation & Refund Policy

Order cancellations may be requested for a full refund within one (1) hour of purchase.

Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to:
customerservice@jalamoura.com

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.

Requests submitted after the one-hour window will be denied, and the order will proceed as originally placed.


Color Disclaimer

All single-color, ombré, and dimensional shades are handcrafted. Because each set is produced manually, slight variations may occur.

Differences in tone, dimension, and color blending may exist between bundles within the same shade group. These variations are normal and part of the custom production process.


Custom & Personalized Orders

Each set of extensions is handmade from loose hair strands and crafted specifically for you.

All purchases (excluding Toppers/Wigs) are classified as Custom & Personalized Orders. Due to the hygienic nature of our products:

J’ Alamoura does not offer returns or exchanges outside of the stated cancellation policy.

By checking the policy acknowledgment "Prior to Checkout" , you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all policies in full.

Please note:

  • We do not offer same-day shipping or rush orders.

  • Processing times may extend to 5–10 business days during high-demand periods or holidays (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Processing time refers to the time required to create your custom extensions and is separate from shipping time.


Address & Shipping Changes

We do not modify orders after payment.

If you need to change your shipping address or delivery option, you must cancel your order within the one-hour cancellation window and place a new order.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address (including missing apartment, suite, or unit numbers):

  • A processing fee may apply

  • Reshipping fees must be paid before redelivery

  • The original shipping fee will not be refunded

If you enter a valid but incorrect address, you are responsible for contacting the recipient or residents at that address to retrieve your package.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages due to incorrect address information provided at checkout.


Order Cancellation (After Processing Window)

After the one-hour cancellation window has passed, all sales are final and cannot be canceled.


Payment Terms

We accept most major credit cards. We do not accept virtual or prepaid cards.

Your card will be charged once your order is placed and payment is approved.

J’ Alamoura reserves the right to request additional shipping verification. Orders flagged as high fraud risk may be canceled automatically.

Online orders are not available for in-person pickup.

We do not monitor social media platforms for customer service inquiries. All confirmed order discussions must be handled via email.


Order Confirmation Issues

If you did not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam, junk, or promotions folder.

Order Verification Requests

Our payment system is highly secure. If your order is flagged as a potential fraud risk, it may be placed on hold pending verification.

Examples of flagged activity include:

  • A credit card issued in a different country than the shipping destination

  • Billing and shipping address discrepancies

To verify your order, simply reply to the email sent by our Support Team with the requested documentation.

Failure to provide verification may result in order cancellation.
