Shipping & Delivery Policy

We are pleased to offer Worldwide Shipping. However, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees required upon delivery.

Please note:

  • A signature is required upon delivery to ensure the security of your purchase.

  • J’ Alamoura is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or customs.

  • For tracking updates, please refer directly to the carrier’s website (USPS, DHL, UPS, or FedEx) for the most accurate information.

If an order is refused, returned due to an incorrect address, or delivery is declined:

  • The original shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.

  • Additional shipping fees will apply for redelivery.

  • Undeliverable orders will be held for ten (10) days.

  • During this time, we will send up to five email notifications with instructions for redelivery.

  • If no response is received by the eleventh day, the order will be canceled without refund or redelivery eligibility.

Shipping Locations

We offer worldwide shipping to the United Kingdom, Canada, and select countries including Australia, Belgium, France, Germany, Sweden, Japan, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Denmark, Ireland, and Spain.

Signature Requirement

All orders placed on our website require a signature upon delivery to ensure the security of your purchase.

Shipping Liability

Once a package has been signed for, J’ Alamoura is not liable for any lost or stolen items.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. It is your responsibility to monitor tracking updates directly on the carrier’s website. We do not have control over carrier delays once the package has left our facility.

J’ Alamoura assumes no responsibility for shipping delays caused by the carrier.

Duties & Import Taxes

Shipping fees do not include duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees. These charges are determined by your country’s customs authority and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

By purchasing from our website, you agree to pay any applicable customs duties or taxes. For additional information, please contact your local customs office.

Return-to-Sender / Undeliverable Packages

If your order is returned to our distribution center due to:

  • An invalid or misspelled address

  • Missing address information (apartment, suite, unit number, etc.)

  • The carrier being unable to safely deliver the package

  • The addressee having moved

  • Refusal of the package

  • Failure to collect the package from a designated pickup location

The following will apply:

  • A 10% restocking/processing fee

  • The original shipping fee will not be refunded

  • A reshipping fee will be required before redelivery

  • Any duties, taxes, or brokerage fees incurred will be charged to the customer

All fees must be paid in full prior to reshipment.

If you enter an incorrect but valid address, it is your responsibility to attempt retrieval from the receiving address. J’ Alamoura is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.

Lost or Misplaced Packages

J’ Alamoura is not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered packages once shipped. We reserve the right to determine the shipping carrier and delivery method, regardless of any selection made at checkout.

Multiple Orders

If multiple orders are placed separately under different order numbers, we reserve the right to consolidate them into one shipment under a single tracking number.

Address Verification & Fraud Prevention

If your billing and shipping addresses differ, or if your order is flagged for fraud review, you may be required to provide additional verification.

Acceptable verification may include:

  • A clear photo of the front and back of your government-issued ID

  • Proof of transaction (such as a screenshot of your banking confirmation)

Failure to provide requested documentation may result in order cancellation.

Shipping Method Upgrades

Shipping methods cannot be modified after an order has been placed. Please review all shipping details and estimated processing times carefully before completing your purchase.
