During color selection please understand that the color choice that displays a # symbol is not the same as the color choice without the # symbol.
Example: 1B# is not the same color as 1B & color 2# is not the same color as 2 .
For Rooted / Highlighted color options please choose "Custom" next to your desired hair length, next in the main color area choose "No Selection" . Then select your rooted/highlighted color from the below dropdown . Each order of a rooted/highlighted colors , are only available to be order in weights of 100g same length & extention style. The only color blends availabe are shown in product color swatches.
For a full Head of solid color extensions we recommend at minimum three orders = 150grams. For a full Head of rooted/highlighted color extensions we recommend at minimum two orders =200grams.
All hair extension materials are 100% premium healthy human hair, we offer single donor double drawn hair. We currently are only offering straight textures for all our hair extension styles.
(Hair colors may vary slightly from product photos, due to lighting and different screen variations on images. Our color swatch images displays the closest color to the hairs natural tones as possible.)

Order cancellations can be requested for a full refund within 1 hour of purchase. J Alamoura DOES NOT offer same-day shipping or rush orders & we truly appreciate your understanding . Each set is carefully crafted from loose hair strands, which allows us to cater to your unique needs. Please note that this policy does not apply to our Toppers/Wigs.
During busy times, such as high demand periods or the holiday season, processing times may extend to 5 - 10 business days before your order can be shipped (excluding weekends and holidays). We want to clarify that processing times differ from shipping times; processing is the time we need to create your beautiful extensions.
Your order will require a signature upon delivery, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. This requirement ensures the safety of your purchase. If an order is refused or returned due to an incorrect address or if delivery is declined, please understand that J ‘Alamoura will retain the original shipping and handling fee. Should you wish to have the package redelivered, there will be an additional fee.
For any orders that cannot be delivered, we will hold them for a total of ten days. During this time, we will make every effort to keep you informed, sending up to five emails to update you on your order's status and what steps you can take to facilitate redelivery. If we do not hear from you by the eleventh day, we will unfortunately have to cancel your order, and we won’t be able to offer a refund or redelivery option.
We are pleased to offer FREE U.S. and International Shipping as a way to serve you better. However, please be aware that any customs or import taxes incurred will be your responsibility. While we strive to provide free shipping, we cannot predict any additional charges that may occur upon delivery.
